Samer has a proven track record in enhancing profitability, optimizing cash flow, and implementing robust governance frameworks. He is also highly experienced in ERP implementation, cross-border team leadership, and securing strategic partnerships through capital raising and due diligence.
Throughout his career, Samer has consistently delivered results in complex, multi-entity environments; leading cross-functional teams in finance, treasury, planning, and compliance. Known for his analytical mindset and collaborative leadership style, he is committed to delivering sustainable value and supporting Associated Alliance Incorporated’s long-term growth objectives.
He holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Quebec – Canada and a BA in Finance from France. In addition to his CMA certification, he has completed advanced training in IFRS, leadership, and strategic negotiations. Samer is also highly proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, and a wide range of ERP and financial systems.
